Terms of Service — Deskrawl Wiki

Last updated: 30 September 2026

1. An unofficial fan site

Deskrawl Wiki is an independent reference built and run by players. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by First Day Games or Gamersky Games, and it is not an official source of information about the game. "Deskrawl: Idle ARPG", the game title, and the names of items, skills, enemies, classes and systems used on this site are trademarks or property of their respective owners; they are used here for identification and commentary only.

2. Information, not instructions to follow blindly

Everything here is provided "as is", for general information and personal reference. We try hard to be accurate and we say which build or patch a figure was read from, but we make no warranty that any page is complete, current, or free of error. A live game gets patched; a page written today can be wrong after the next update. Check anything that matters against the game itself. Pages may be corrected, updated, or removed at any time without notice.

3. What we will not host

We do not host, sell, mirror or link to game files, cracks, keygens, torrents or any other means of obtaining the game without paying for it, and we do not provide help with bypassing Online Mode, anti-cheat, or the consequences of a ban. Questions about a ban — including how to appeal one — belong to the developer, through Steam and the official site at deskrawl.com. Cheating in a game damages the people who play it honestly; please do not use this site to work around that.

4. Fair use of game content

We describe mechanics and quote short excerpts for the purpose of explanation, comment on systems, and link back to official sources. We do not reproduce the game's art, audio, or text at length. Where a page needs to name a data table, an item, or a formula to make a point, it names it rather than copying a whole document.

5. External links

We link to Steam, the developer's official site, and other references. We do not control third-party sites and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Follow external links at your own risk.

6. No accounts, no user content

The site has no registration, no comments, and no user-submitted content. The only way to reach us is by email, and anything you send us stays ours to publish or discard as we see fit — though we will not publish anything you ask us not to.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of this site are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or anything linked from it. Nothing here is legal advice. If a page causes you a problem — a wasted evening, a bad build, a lost session — the responsibility is yours; if a page is simply wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

8. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the site grows, and the date at the top of this page shows the last revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions, corrections, or takedown requests: hello@deskrawls.wiki. We would much rather sort something out by email than escalate it.
